Acceptance of these terms

Sell Arkansas Fast operates this site at SellArkansasFast.com. By using the site, sending the cash-offer form, or calling (870) 219-2255, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site or submit the form.

No contract from a form

Sending a form, leaving a voicemail, or talking about a house does not create a contract, reserve a closing date, or guarantee an offer. Any number I discuss is a possible cash offer only. It is subject to looking at the property, title, and a written purchase agreement that both sides sign. You can walk away until that written agreement is signed. I can also decline to make an offer.

Not a realtor, broker, or advisor

Sell Arkansas Fast is a cash home buyer. I am not a real estate agent or broker, and this site is not a listing service. I do not give legal, tax, or financial advice. What you should do with your house, your taxes, or a foreclosure clock is a question for your own attorney, CPA, or other licensed professional. I buy houses in the Jonesboro and Paragould market. I do not claim to live in Arkansas.

Information you submit

You are responsible for the address, contact details, and notes you send. You represent that you have the right to inquire about selling that property (for example as the owner, or someone the owner asked to reach out). If something is wrong or incomplete, the offer — if there is one — may change or be withdrawn.

Texts are only sent to people who opt in by checking a consent box on the form or through the chat widget. Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase. If you opt in, Sell Arkansas Fast may text you about your property inquiry, including offer follow-ups, appointment scheduling, and responses to inquiries. If a dispute has to go to court, it belongs in a state or federal court sitting in Arkansas, unless a signed purchase agreement says otherwise.
